Welcome to Hudson Industrial Equities

Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 with a BBA in finance and real estate. In 1985, he founded Hudson Industrial Equities, Inc. As President of HIE, his responsibilities include site acquisition, design and planning, and general project management for all operations.

Adam Hudson joined HIE in early 2013. He has been acting in the capacity of project manager for new developments, as well as improvements, upgrades and maintenance on older portfolio properties. He is married and lives in San Jose, CA.

Jennifer’s tenure began in 1998 as our Assistant Manager at the Portofino Apartments. She was promoted to Manager in 2007 and shortly thereafter became Executive Assistant at Hudson Industrial Equities. Jennifer provides adminstrative support for all real estate development projects and property management. In addition to her management responsibilites she also oversees the monthly accounting and financial reporting.
